Shipping Policy
- Allow anywhere from 4-10 business days for complete order processing and delivery.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on total order weight and location.
- Expect tracking information within 24-48 hours via email. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking information.
- Expect First Class shipping to be anywhere from 7-14 days. Unless Priority Mail which is 2-4 days. Exceptions may apply.
- Shipping to USA and PR only.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled if it has NOT YET been shipped. To cancel your order please contact us ASAP. I CANNOT guarantee cancellation. EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY.
WRONG SHIPPING INFO
Make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. As for security reasons, we are not able to change an address. If wrong info is provided IN THE CITY is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
In The City is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Any issues after package has been shipped out may be directed to the USPS or applicable shipping service.
